NBA Accreditation Visit: Document & Website Compliance Requirements (Diploma EC Program)

The National Board of Accreditation (NBA) has communicated, vide File No. 20-125-2020-NBA dated 30/07/2026, that an Expert Team will visit Government Polytechnic Palanpur from 21 to 23 August 2026 to evaluate the Diploma Electronics & Communication Engineering program (Application ID 11385-13/12/2025) for grant of NBA accreditation. Documents to be made available to the Visiting Team on the first day of the visit: • Faculty list of the department, separately for CAY (2025-26), CAYm1 (2024-25) and CAYm2 (2023-24), in the prescribed proforma (soft and hard copy). • List of students for the current academic year, separately for 1st, 2nd and 3rd year. • List of placements for the last three academic years, with student name, University Serial No., discipline, year of passing, on/off-campus placement, and employer name. • One hard copy of the eSAR (Self Assessment Report), kept ready for the visit. Website compliance (as required by the letter): The institute is also required to publish an updated faculty list for the program — including designation, joining date, qualification, and nature of association (regular/contractual) — along with placement data for the last three academic years, on the institute website at least seven days before the visit. Download Student List — Current Students (PDF) — official, HOD-signed roster of currently enrolled 1st, 2nd and 3rd year students (admitted 2026, 2025 and 2024 respectively, AY 2024-25 to 2026-27). Download Student List — Passed Out (PDF) — students who have already graduated, for AY 2023-24 to 2025-26, with their outcome (Placed / Higher Studies / Entrepreneur). Download Placement List (PDF) — Placed, Higher Studies and Entrepreneurs, for the last three academic years, with student name, University Serial No., discipline and the details recorded for each outcome (on/off-campus placement and employer; institute admitted to; or business name, domain and location).
